MTR Station Rail Voyage Community Day

In August 2025, PMA Music Foundation partnered with MTR Corporation and New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association’s dayday330 team to organise the “MTR Station Rail Voyage Harmony Day” at the Station Rail Voyage Exhibition at Hung Hom Station and the MTR Academy. Designed for students with special educational needs (SEN) and their families, the event offered a morning where they could explore, relax and connect in a caring environment.​
 

Students from three schools joined guided visits led by MTR volunteers, experiencing retired train cars, driver’s cab simulators and railway exhibits through games and sensory activities. At the same time, parents took part in mindful parenting and therapeutic weaving workshops led by dayday330, creating space to breathe and share their stories with other caregivers. A parallel service arrangement allowed students and parents to join separate but simultaneous programmes, showing how corporations, NGOs, social enterprises and schools can work together to make SEN families feel seen and supported in the city.
